Kohler needed to move company-wide training onto Workday Learning without losing momentum or quality along the way.

What I did

Partnered with SMEs and HR leadership to produce AI-assisted content, graphics, eLearning and facilitator guides, grounded in adult learning principles and blending interactive practice with instructor-led delivery.

The challenge

Surgeon onboarding for robotic-assisted systems was slow, and dense procedural video wasn’t translating into accurate performance on assessments.

What I did

Worked side by side with surgical SMEs to rebuild procedural video as interactive practice in Storyline and Rise 360, and designed blended programs pairing self-paced modules with live sessions, supported by video produced in Vyond, Synthesia and Final Cut Pro.

The return

Surgeon onboarding time dropped by 25%, and post-training assessment accuracy improved across the Robotic Surgery and Biosense divisions.

The story behind the work

The challenge

A global workforce and channel of partners across B2B and B2C needed consistent product and sales knowledge in many languages, at scale.

What I did

Ran Western Digital University end to end: designed and developed 300+ interactive courses on an ADDIE framework, owned LMS operations, internal marketing campaigns and content analytics, and produced video in After Effects and Final Cut Pro.

The return

Enrollment grew past 80,000 learners in 18 languages, and course completion rates rose 38%, backed by the campaigns, landing pages and newsletters that brought learners in.

Microsoft, Apple, Google and their retail partners needed frontline associates who could confidently demo and sell new products at launch.

What I did

Led the Creative Services and Instructional Design teams; produced custom eLearning for Microsoft ExpertZone, Apple and Google; designed the launch collateral and brand guides around it; delivered live in-store training at Apple Stores, Best Buy and Verizon.

What I did

Designed and developed the courses in Articulate Storyline, from visual design and interactions to assessments, and wrote long-form content such as white papers.

I do my best work in the messy middle: untangling what experts know and shaping it into something a learner will actually finish.

I've spent twelve-plus years working out why most workplace training doesn't stick, and building the courses, videos and platforms that do. My work spans sales, manufacturing, medical device, healthcare and consumer technology, from a 30-course onboarding curriculum to a global learning university serving 80,000+ learners in 18 languages.

A background in graphic design and copywriting means I can take a program from discovery through visual design, scripting, development and launch. Lately that has meant AI-assisted content development and moving a company-wide training program onto Workday.
